Our House in Laos

In Laos, neighborhoods are considered villages. The villages even have village chiefs! If somebody does something wrong they go to the village chief before the police.
At our house in Laos we have a bunch of fruit trees in our garden. There are mango trees, lime trees, guava trees, pomegranate trees (that are really tiny), kaffir lime trees, and more. You can see some of them in these photos:

moving to Laos!

my family's moving to Laos this year!

Laos is a low income country bordering Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar (Burma), and china. Some of it's city's are Vientiene, Phonsavon, Sam Neua, Phongsali, Luang Prabang the city were staying in, and many more. You can see on this map:

Me and Ella my sister are going to school in Laos. We are either going to a school were Lao kids learn in English in the morning. In the afternoon they learn the exact same thing in Lao. The foreign kids learn in English in the morning but in the afternoon they learn how to speak in Lao. Instead we are probably going to a French school where we learn French and also the Lao language. My dad is working at a children's hospital in Laos called Lao friends children's hospital. My mom does oil painting so she already has art studio witch is currently an office.

Cube tower

We moved from Seoul, Korea (where our grandma's house was)to Pangyo,(a different city in Korea)and rented a officetel (sort of like a little apartment that you rent).
할머니 댁이 있었던 서울시에서 한국의 다른 도시인 판교로 이사해서 오피스텔 월세를 냈다. (아파트 같은 것)

The Plane Rides

About four months ago, (my sister Ella made me write that) my family all flew from Vancouver to Seattle to Korea.
네 달전 (엘라언니가 쓰라고 했습니다) 가족과 함께 뱅쿠버에서 시애틀을 경유 한국에 왔습니다.

Riding the Subway

In Korea we ride the subway a lot so I am going to write a post about the subway.
한국에서는 지하철을 많이 타기 때문에 지하철에 관한 포스트를 쓰려고 합니다.
